Return Policy
We truly believe you’ll love all of your Beast Health™ products, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund excluding the return postage cost, as long as you contact us and ship the return back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 48-72 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Standard Shipping: Delivery for all Beast Blenders is free to anywhere in Australia & New Zealand. Accessories purchased separately will be charged postage from $9.95, depending on the size and quantity ordered.
Replacements Under Warranty
Should you experience any issues with your unit, please submit your information here. Please be advised, we require the following information in order to further assist you under warranty:
- Proof of malfunctioning unit
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase
Making Changes To An Order
Please be advised, our fulfillment centers work very quickly and we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. We recommend double checking your cart and shipping details upon placing the order. If you'd like to return the unit once it has been delivered, you can do so by visiting our Contact Us Page HERE. Once your order gets returned to our warehouse, we will process your return (excluding the return shipping cost) as long as the return is received within 30 days of your initial delivery.
